Soil type: Clay-sandy poor with limestone.
Origin: 100% of vineyards with ages among 15 and 20 years, all of them, produced and made in the Cooperative San Isidro de Mahora, in the province of Albacete (Castilla-La Mancha), located within the term of the D.O. Manchuela.

Limited production of 11,000 bottles

Note of tasting: It conjugates perfectly I touch of black fruits and liquorice with the fine wood aromas, vanilla, spices and toastings. The entrance in mouth is silky, with a balance between alcohol and perfect acidity. The raising contributes to a tannic structure that combined with own tannins of to the grape makes it more fleshy. Final persistent length and smooth flavour.

Ideal for meats, rice, cheeses and stews.

Temperature on watch: Between 14 -16 º C
